Based on the survey:

  • Email reigns supreme as the most used and successful channel, with 25% of respondents calling it their go-to for engagement.

  • On the flip side, mobile push notifications are the least used, leaving plenty of room for brands to experiment and stand out with emerging mobile strategies.
