San Diego, 21 September 2021 – Mapp, the international provider of insight-led customer experiences, has successfully completed the ISO certification process for the management system, that steers – among others – Mapp Cloud. The system is in this instance also in charge of managing the cross-channel marketing automation solution Engage as well as the Intelligence-module for Customer Analytics, according to the internationally authoritative standard ISO 27001 for information security management under consideration of the ISO 27018 requirements for the protection of personal data in the cloud.

The certification was carried out by TÜV Nord, an international provider to test, assess and validate the safety of products and services.
