Mapp was evaluated in The Forrester Wave™: Cross-Channel Campaign Management (Independent Platforms), Q3 2021… and the results are in! But before we dive into the specifics, let’s take a quick look back in time.

In 2019, Mapp acquired the customer analytics platform Webtrekk, and we quickly integrated it into our platform. The acquisition marked a significant milestone in Mapp’s dedicated journey to becoming an insight-led marketing platform with data at the core of every business decision. We decided that analytics can no longer be considered as an after-thought.

Our vision proved worthwhile: through our insight-led approach to customer marketing, Mapp has been able to steadily grow both revenue and customer base around the globe, now partnering with companies such as Vivienne Westwood, Freesat, MyToys and Lloyds Banking Group.

Fast forward two years and the world has been shaken to its core. COVID-19 completely reshaped the landscape and led to accelerated digital transformation in almost all industries. The world turned online (because where else could you go?), the competition grew, and consumers came to expect more of companies.

Mapp experienced record growth with an increased interest in solutions that put customer insights first to drive personalized experiences, campaign optimizations, and marketing efficiency.

This year, Mapp was again evaluated within the CCCM category by Forrester. And we are honored to announce that Mapp was named a Strong Performer in The Forrester Wave™: Cross-Channel Campaign Management (Independent Platforms), Q3 2021.

Forrester’s take on Mapp’s insight-led approach

The Forrester Wave aims to provide potential buyers of B2C marketing software with detailed and unbiased insights on the platforms’ capabilities (and limitations). It’s their way of helping marketers select the right solution for their needs.

We believe that Forrester has recognized our message and position in the market. As an insight-led customer experience platform, our goal is to enable marketers to mine actionable insights from their data and use that to improve their customer experience and engagement.

Mapp Marketing Cloud provides a wide range of communication channels, and we regularly add more into the marketing mix – with the most recent product update launching direct mail.

The focus on this data-driven strategy has been a significant success. We will continue to empower marketers with insights, and we will continue to believe in our marketing philosophy – backed by Forrester’s rigorous evaluation.
