The health and safety of our Mapp’s employees, as well as the surrounding communities, is our number one priority. Following the recent developments regarding COVID-19, we would like to give you an update on the current plans and policies put in place at Mapp:

  • All operations are continuing as usual and our team is fully available to assist you.
  • To help ensure our team’s safety, this week we formally transitioned our global workforce to a fully remote status. This includes all team members from all offices and countries worldwide.
  • While our teams are now remote, we have worked hard to ensure each employee has the tools and technology necessary to operate remotely and continue to deliver the high-quality technology and services we know you are relying on to communicate with your own employees, subscribers, and customers—especially at this time. With our secure infrastructure, employees are able to remotely access all our technologies in a secure and proficient way.
  • All travel by Mapp employees (unless in emergency situations) has been postponed—this includes face-to-face customer and sales meetings.
  • We are encouraging our customer-facing teams to use video conferencing with clients whenever possible, especially when replacing a previously scheduled face-to-face meeting.

All of the above measures will allow Mapp to mitigate the risk to employees, customers, partners, and the surrounding communities – while ensuring complete business continuity for our customers around the world. We’re happy to report that all of our team members continue to be safe, and we are currently not aware of any reported cases of the coronavirus within the global Mapp organization.

Finally, we know this is new territory and a difficult path to navigate. However, we feel strongly that it is important to keep going, to keep communicating, and for every one of us to position ourselves in the best possible way to move forward. In each of the countries we operate, our local teams are experts in digital marketing, and we invite you to reach out with any questions or ideas you would like our feedback or contributions on. Digital marketing channels will continue to be a strong path to customer communication and commerce, and we are happy to offer our reviews and recommendations for your programs to ensure effective marketing and communication strategies during this period of time.

We hope your own colleagues and families are safe and healthy. Our team will continue to keep you informed of any updates regarding Mapp and our business. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to our team – we are here to help. Please know, as always, the Mapp team is fully committed to supporting customers in whatever way we can.

Thank you,

Steve Warren

CEO, Mapp
