What you will do:

Based in Mapp’s Paris office, reporting to the Director, Account Management and Customer Success, the Account Director will be responsible for a strategic portfolio of services accounts in both name (brands, agencies or partners) and/or revenue.  This role holds responsibility for achieving revenue goals and assigned quotas, account retention, customer health, relationship development and management, and revenue growth for all assigned accounts.  Depending on business need, this role may also manage a team of 1-4 account managers or other support staff.

  • Responsible for managing, retention and growth (quota) on assigned account portfolio
  • Responsible for developing, implementing, and gaining product adoption and employing other retention strategies for assigned portfolio
  • Managing and understanding Customer needs for both Product (Mapp’s technology) and Services (daily, consulting, and professional services)
  • Having command over decision making hierarchy and thorough insight and relationships with key Client-side contacts
  • Knowledge of Client-side technology ecosystem with proactive assessment and regular proof points regarding potential needs
  • Regular opportunity analysis and ‘land and expand’ strategies with each key Customer in portfolio
  • Develop specialized/tailored product and services marketing/communication strategies, partnering with local teams and the global marketing organization for any accounts labeled strategic
  • Support as requested RFP and RFI responses (for existing business)
  • Attend external events and networking opportunities to establish key contacts, including developing and delivery thought-leadership presentations

The assets you bring to the team:

  • Degree in marketing, advertising, communications, computer science or engineering with a very good understanding of the associated technologies; MBA preferred
  • 7 -10 years account management, sales, and/or marketing experience

What you will do:

Mapp Digital is looking to hire an experienced, high-performing Account Executive to join our team. You should have proven sales experience and a commitment to excellent customer service.

The successful Account Executive will have strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience negotiating and knowledge sharing with team members. You should have a good understanding of marketing and advertising trends, and be comfortable networking and cold calling to generate new leads and close customer contracts. You will be using automation tools to track progress toward goals; experience with a CRM like Salesforce is advantageous.   • Prospect and qualify potential B2B customers, within assigned territory

What you will do:

The Customer Advocacy Manager (CAM) is a fully cross-functional role; touching on all aspects of the customer experience, from account management, project management, and technical support. You will handle front-line customer service and technical support and answer daily questions for Mapp's pool customers. Training on the different applications to be supported along with internal tools will be provided.

  • Solution, management and follow-up of front-line customer service questions about tool functionalities, analyses and reports and technical support tickets
  • Management of company inquiries, contract and renewal questions on an international level
  • Basic analysis of technical support requests and interface with IT department on bugs or complex issues, including ticket submission for customer and ensuring handling/resolution occurs
  • Build a sustainable relationship between customers and Mapp; identify potential up-sell or cross-sell opportunities in close collaboration with our Account Management team
  • Creation and maintenance of customer service and technical support documentation

The assets you bring to the team:

  • Degree in marketing, advertising, communications, economics, computer science or engineering and at least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar customer facing role
  • Strong service mentality and an independent and solution-oriented way of working
  • Excellent analytical skills and proven experience with Analytics software and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex facts in a written and verbally comprehensible manner.
  • Very good knowledge of German and English.
  • Basic knowledge of common web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS)
  • Experience in using technical support ticketing systems, Salesforce or Atlassian solutions would be an advantage

What you will do:

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will support the post-sales customer lifecycle as it relates to customer adoption, on-going support, programme optimization and expansion. CSMs are the main interface for all programme-related inquiries and build relationships with all relevant stakeholders as trusted advisor. They are responsible for customer retention and the prevention of churn across our Customer base. The CSM must have a strong understanding of our Customers’ business objectives and the ability to identify and articulate how our solution supports achievement of the Customers’ strategic business goals. The CSM manages the customer experience across our Customer base, meeting agreed retention and usage targets. The CSM is responsible for understanding the ‘health’ of our customers, ensuring they grow into Mapp advocates.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact, working with the Pre-sales, Account Managment and Sales Teams to facilitate a seamless Customer on-boarding process, ensuring a smooth ‘go live’ and introduction for the Customer from the outset.
  • Work with customers to design their Customer Experience programmes aligned with mapp digital’s philosophy and product capability whilst ensuring tailored to our Customers’ business objectives and strategy so that the programme provides continued value to the Customer and drive long-term account satisfaction and growth.
  • Support Account Manager’s with customer renewals, proactively identifying and prioritising resources and effort according to perceived risk, potential growth, strategic value and renewal timeframe.
  • Closely monitor adoption rates of assigned Accounts; providing insight to Customers. Feed this back to the Sales and Marketing Teams.
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing team to build Customer testimonials and referrals.
  • Create and contribute to ‘Thought Leadership’ content and proactively seek opportunities to educate across the business on industry knowledge and customer best practice.
  • Anticipate Customers’ requirements and possible challenges - make our customers successful! Promote the Company’s services (enhancements / updates / new initiatives / maintenance) through the relationships you have nurtured within the Accounts.
  • Identify potential issues within the Accounts and work with the wider business to take timely and effective action to resolve them.
  • Contribute to the development of company goals, growth and profitability targets by being an active member of the mapp digital team and culture.
  • Discover and link clients’ digital marketing challenges to business goals and win their trust in the sales process

What you will do:

What you will do:

What you will do:

A Technical Consultant works across teams to stand up new systems, and extend/customise existing systems. The job mixes software development expertise with knowledge of the digital marketing business. It is a fully hands-on role focusing on direct delivery of client billable work, in conjunction with the project management team and solution architects.

What you will do:

What you will do:

What you will do:

In this position, you will strengthen our Learning and Documentation Team and create an excellent, easy to understand and helpful technical documentation for the whole Mapp Cloud. What you will do:

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will support the post-sales customer lifecycle as it relates to customer adoption, on-going support, programme optimization and expansion. What you will do:

The Customer Advocacy Manager (CAM) is a fully cross-functional role; touching on all aspects of the customer experience, from account management, project management, and technical support. You will handle front-line customer service and technical support and answer daily questions for Mapp's pool customers. Training on the different applications to be supported along with internal tools will be provided.

  • Solution, management and follow-up of front-line customer service questions about tool functionalities, analyses and reports and technical support tickets
  • Management of company inquiries, contract and renewal questions on an international level
  • Basic analysis of technical support requests and interface with IT department on bugs or complex issues, including ticket submission for customer and ensuring handling/resolution occurs
  • Build a sustainable relationship between customers and Mapp; identify potential up-sell or cross-sell opportunities in close collaboration with our Account Management team
  • Creation and maintenance of customer service and technical support documentation

The assets you bring to the team:

  • Degree in marketing, advertising, communications, economics, computer science or engineering and at least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar customer facing role
  • Strong service mentality and an independent and solution-oriented way of working
  • Excellent analytical skills and proven experience with Analytics software and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex facts in a written and verbally comprehensible manner.
  • Very good knowledge of German and English.
  • Basic knowledge of common web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS)
  • Experience in using technical support ticketing systems, Salesforce or Atlassian solutions would be an advantage

What you will do:

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will support the post-sales customer lifecycle as it relates to customer adoption, on-going support, programme optimization and expansion. CSMs are the main interface for all programme-related inquiries and build relationships with all relevant stakeholders as trusted advisor. They are responsible for customer retention and the prevention of churn across our Customer base.

  • Manage your own customer portfolio and actively build a sustainable relationship by anticipating customers’ requirements and possible challenges - make our customers successful!

What you will do:

A Technical Consultant works across teams to stand up new systems, and extend/customise existing systems. The job mixes software development expertise with knowledge of the digital marketing business. It is a fully hands-on role focusing on direct delivery of client billable work, in conjunction with the project management team and solution architects.

You will be tasked with creating standard projects and solutions, that maximize the use of standard features of our technology, and minimize creation of special cases and once-only customizations. You will work with the delivery teams to ensure that the right work is being delivered, and will also work with the business to guide and educate on the correct way to position our solutions. You will bring a strong technical consulting background and will be tasked with conducting technical customer/prospect discovery sessions, driving the design of solutions, and presenting those solutions in the form of presentations, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOWs) and ensuring that these are reusable by as many customers as possible. You will work with a global team delivering to a high standard and focusing on technical work to onboard our customers quickly and effectively.

  • Implement scalable, secure and high performing SaaS applications.
  • Perform the technical on-boarding of new customers
  • Display/develop an understanding of email marketing technology and advertising.
  • Design and Coding of web pages, forms, ETL scripts – web production and other software deliverables.
  • Step in to provide Technical Support to customers as required.
  • Work closely with Enterprise Architects and Technical Owners to develop applications aligned with the Mapp business strategy.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional agile teams that include Product Owners, QA Engineers and fellow DevOps Software Engineers to implement the next generation of Mapp applications.
  • Stay abreast of technology trends and industry best practices to hone and maintain your talent.
