The Implementation Consultant is responsible for onboarding new clients onto Mapp cloud, as well as implementing and managing projects for existing clients. This will involve analysis of business requirements, preparation of project and technical specifications, managing the implementation.
As an Implementation Consultant you will partner with the Sales team, Solution Architecture, and other Professional Services teams, helping clients to clearly define their requirements, document them, and guide them through to successful implementation. This will include defining data migration strategies and configuring the solution to meet customer requirements.
You will coordinate internal, client and partner teams to achieve successful delivery of projects, on time and budget.
· Gathering and understanding project requirements, leading gathering sessions, documentation the outcome
· Ability to translate client requirements into project’s brief and plan (creation of SOR)
· Participating in pre-sales discussions, supporting project definition, providing estimations
· Cooperating with Solution Architects on defining complex projects/solution design
· Ability to drive projects through from definition to delivery
· Managing new clients onboardings
· Hands-on implementation of basic projects using Mapp Cloud
· Ability and willingness to split time between project management and hands-on implementation
· Effective communication with internal teams, clients, and partner stakeholders
· Managing projects in a multi project environment, ensuring time, budget, and quality criteria are met
· Managing changes, analysis of the change impact, identifying and mitigating risk situations
· Experience of working with clients from requirements analysis through to solution delivery
· Proficiency in managing projects including scope, scheduling, and change management in a project management or customer service role, preferably in the SaaS business
· Strong interpersonal, written communication, and presentation skills
· BS/MS in Computer Science or Marketing field
· Experience/knowledge of current Marketing Automation solutions on the market
· Experience with HTML, CSS, email templates, data handling
· Technical writing competency: ability to create technical specifications/blueprints and solutions-orientated project proposals
· Ability to interpret, drive, and support customer vision and thinking
· Able to work to tight timescales in multi-project, fast moving environment
· Exceptional time management skills & flexibility in working hours
· Knowledge of GDPR and understanding of privacy and ethical handling of data
