What you will do:

Mapp Digital is looking for a well-rounded technical individual to join our London- based team in managing our internal systems and networks and supporting various IT / Help Desk projects. This is a great opportunity for a talented individual to become involved in multiple responsibilities within the IT department. You must be able to work both independently and as part of a team, have good troubleshooting, debugging, and verbal skills. The candidate must be able to work with all user levels within the organization.




  • Ensure network and business continuity through the administration and maintenance of existing operational platforms, including servers (both physical and virtual), network equipment, and LAN/WAN telecommunications
  • Provide help desk and technical support services for all company end users both on-site and remote.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, install, configure, and deploy workstations/laptops, printers, servers, peripherals, and mobile & network devices.
  • Identify and resolve network, hardware and software related failures and issues.
  • Work with IT and other Senior Management to develop strategies and plans to enhance services and improve systems effectiveness.
  • Perform root cause analysis, managing technology issues and assist with appropriate remedial actions.
  • Identify, document and isolate product defects across various applications.
  • Provide QA assistance to confirm resolution to defect is properly implemented.
  • Document existing and new processes, IT policies, procedures, network and system diagrams.
  • Assist with coordinating upgrades and updates to newer technologies, determine impact and best implementation practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

The assets you bring to the team:

  • At least 1 yearxperience with Active Directory, Office 365, Windows and Mac endpoints, MDM for Android and iPhone via Azure AD/Intune endpoint management
  • Experience in a Help Desk or Desktop Support role
  • Use of remote access software to support desktop and mobile platforms
  • Excellent time management, analytical, problem solving and communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate appropriate initiative in decision making.
  • Accuracy and the ability to handle a high-volume of work efficiently are essential to the position
  • Strong customer service focus, with the ability to work professionally (remaining calm and professional with difficult and/or technically inexperienced requesters).
