Steven Warren

Steven Warren

Chief Executive Officer

As CEO, Steve Warren is responsible for leading all strategic and business aspects of Mapp Digital. He focuses on ensuring Mapp’s vision lives through all business decisions, customer relationships and company culture. Before Steve’s role as CEO, he stood as CRO and was responsible for managing all of Mapp’s customer relationships, while growing the use of Mapp Cloud, integrated Data Management Platform (DMP) and Customer Centric Services, across the globe. Prior to joining Mapp, Steve was Teradata’s Chief Customer Officer, responsible for managing global services and the company’s entire customer lifecycle. Steve led the launch of Teradata's digital marketing business in the US in 2012. Steve has over 20 years of sales management experience. He also spent nine years with Fifth Gear (formerly Sigma Micro) in various executive positions, and was instrumental to the growth of that business.

Matthew Langie

Matthew Langie

Chief Marketing Officer

As CMO, Matthew Langie is responsible for managing and overseeing all global marketing initiatives for Mapp Digital, while growing the footprint of the company’s Mapp Cloud, integrated Data Management Platform (DMP) and Customer Centric Services. Matthew’s focus is to ensure the Mapp Digital brand vision lives through all of its marketing initiatives, establishing the digital marketing standard and creating solutions that respect consumers and enable brands to thrive. Prior to working for Mapp Digital, Matthew held senior marketing roles at Adobe, Curalate, MarketLinc, Omniture, Intel, Datastream and Hewlett-Packard. Matthew is also a long-standing board member of the Internet Marketing Association, serving as its vice chairman. Matthew began his career in the U.S. Air Force, leaving the service at the rank of Captain. Alongside his work with Mapp Digital, Matthew serves as an adjunct professor, teaching digital marketing courses with the University of California-Irvine. Langie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Texas.

Juhan Lee

Juhan Lee

Chief Technology Officer

Bringing more than two decades of industry experience to his role as Chief Technology Officer for Mapp Digital, Juhan is responsible for managing all aspects of the business’s technology stack. Focusing on driving innovation, while retaining a human-first approach, Juhan’s experience is central to maintaining the company’s position as one of the largest independent digital marketing technology companies in the world and helping its 3000 global customers achieve their marketing goals. Prior to working for Mapp Digital, Juhan previously held leadership positions in the development and engineering teams at Samsung, eBay and Microsoft. Juhan was central to the development of Samsung Electronics’ data sorting engine, DeepSort, which finished No. 1 in this year’s Sort Benchmark competition. Alongside his role at Mapp Digital, Juhan serves as an advisor to start-ups and helps several businesses make the most of their data, cloud technology and deep learning. Juhan holds a Bachelor degree in electrical engineering from North Carolina State University. He also completed University of Pennsylvania’s Business and Organization Leadership Program.

Chris Frasier

SVP, Customer Success, Global Services & Operations

Chris joined the Mapp Digital team in 2007 and leverages his 15 years of sales and marketing experience to create dynamic service models designed to provide superior experiences for Mapp’s global customer portfolio. He leads Mapp’s Customer Success strategy and is responsible for Mapp’s business operations, Client delivery, learning and technical services, as well as Mapp’s Professional Services consultancy which includes email deliverability management, digital strategy, creative, data services and full-service campaign management. Previous to his current role, Chris led Mapp’s account management organization, working with brands such as, Omni Hotels & Resorts, Global Hotel Alliance, Columbia Sportswear, CBS Interactive and Bare Escentuals. Prior to joining Mapp, Chris worked in both sales and marketing roles at Xerox.
