Nordiq is one of Scandinavia’s largest retail suppliers to flower shops, gift shops, and garden centers. It has a wide range of products, nearly 6000, on offer and acquires over 3000 more products each year to sell to its large customer base. Nordiq is easily accessible with 5 showrooms in Copenhagen, Kolding, Nibe, Uppsala and Oslo, a website in 5 different languages and Cash n Carry departments in Copenhagen and Nibe.
With a large and diverse audience in a variety of countries, as well as several thousand products on offer, Nordiq needed a system that could easily and effectively segment and automate communications.
The Digital Marketing team found their current system was outdated, with limited automation and segmentation abilities; it generally lacked features needed to support their future growth. By manually uploading segments and creating emails, it reduced the number of communications and slowed down the speed at which they could be sent out.
Nordiq worked hard to find a solution with their existing platform but unfortunately, there was no transparency as to when the key requirements would be developed.
Nordiq was impressed in Mapp Marketing Cloud’s simplistic CX functionality they needed to successfully segment their customer base, better personalize their communications, and easily streamline their marketing automation processes.
After adopting the new platform and implementing long-overdue customer engagement strategies, the results were a success! Simple emails were finally set up and automated, while uploading segments manually were a thing of the past. Nordiq was also pleased to report that their sales team capitalized on the data available to ensure that all customers were looked after.
