Vivup is a leading UK employee benefits provider specializing in health and wellbeing. They’re trusted by 550+ National Health Service Trusts, Local Authority, Blue Light, and private sector organizations, supporting 1.5 million+ employees. They deliver a customizable employee engagement platform that brings together employee benefits, wellbeing programs, discounts and savings, recognition and rewards, and workplace communications. This enables the staff at these organizations to have access to everything in one single place.

As their data requirements became more and more complex, Vivup were looking for a solution to help them manage their data better to ramp up their cross-channel communications for their diverse client base.

VIVUP NEEDED A PLATFORM TO SUPPORT THEIR ADVANCED DATA REQUIREMENTS

With many different organizations signed up to Vivup’s platform, each of these employers has its own user base, benefit and product options, transactional tables, and data attributes. This became challenging for Vivup’s marketing team, as they were working with a huge amount of varying data.

Vivup had outgrown their previous Email Marketing platform as they had very advanced data requirements. They needed a more flexible and sophisticated Customer Data Platform to help them unify this data in one place and easily draw actionable insights to help them understand more about each customer on an individual level.

OPTIMIZING THEIR MANY COMMUNCATIONS WITH ALL THEIR DATA IN ONE PLACE

After a competitive review, Vivup chose to implement the full Mapp Marketing Cloud platform because of its ability to empower marketers with an insight-led approach.

Vivup will use Mapp Marketing Cloud’s enhanced data capabilities to unify fragmented datasets and enable better audience segmentation, leading to a more personalized customer experience. In the future, Vivup’s marketing team plan to use the platform to personalize their customer’s individual customer portals on their website to ensure a consistent and highly relevant onsite experience.

Vivup previously communicated with customers across multiple channels through a separate SMS provider and ESP. By implementing Mapp Marketing Cloud, they can integrate these into one solution to seamlessly manage all their cross-channel data, insights, and campaigns in one place.
