The Spanish Red Cross is a humanitarian relief organization committed to providing assistance and support to those in need and operates independently in Spain.

Why Cruz Roja chose Mapp

Through the utilization of Mapp, the development and execution of a highly effective welcome program has been implemented, resulting in increased member loyalty and the establishment of long-lasting relationships.

The main objective was to create a comprehensive, engaging and effective welcome experience for new members joining the Spanish Red Cross. In particular, we wanted to ensure that the period between subscription and receipt of the welcome pack was managed in such a way as to retain members and keep them engaged. Through close collaboration with the internal team, we developed a customized strategy that provided structured journeys for new members, even for the youngest.

We are proud to partner with the Spanish Red Cross in their mission to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals and communities, and we look forward to continuing this journey of growth and impact together.
